Quality artistes at reasonable prices. JB Entertainments operates as an entertainment agency providing a high standard of entertainment matched by a high quality service. When you use JB Entertainments to book your entertainment you can be assured every effort is made to provide you with the right act for your venue or occasion. Every booking is confirmed in writing allowing the hirer and artiste(s) time to check that all the details are correct prior to the event. At JB Entertainment we believe in customer satisfaction. As an entertainment agency we recognize we have two customers, the artiste and the hirer/venue. We carefully discuss budgets with clients and fees with artistes to ensure clients receive good value for money whilst at the same time artistes receive a fair fee for their performance. JB Entertainments provides a "on call" cover up to 8:00pm should any problems arise on the day of the booking. Every effort is made to mobilize an alternative act should yours fail to arrive.
